B. Scholarship Allocation Process

Handled by Ms. Mor Arazi, Head of Post-Doctoral Scholarships Section, marazi@univ.haifa.ac.il

Scholarship allocation is possible only after completing departmental registration/extension for the relevant academic year.

Institutional Scholarship / Bloom Scholarship Request

Subject to a competitive call for proposals. Can be tracked on the website – Calls for Post-Doctoral Scholarships.

Research Budget Scholarship Request

The Supervisor must submit a scholarship request form in the staff application portal. Please upload the declaration form from the postdoctoral student receiving the scholarship from the researcher’s budget – declaration form in Hebrew or English.

For the Supervisor’s Attention:
If the form displays the “inactive” status, it means the candidate is not registered for the current academic year. If it displays “does not exist in the system”, it means they have not yet been accepted for post-doctoral training.

In both cases, contact the relevant department’s secretariat.

Remark for the Postdoctoral Student:

During the post-doctoral training, you may receive scholarships that will be transferred to you Israeli bank account only.

To do this, fill in your bank account details in the student portal -> Tuition tab (enter only numbers without punctuation marks or words). For assistance entering the student portal, contact the Help Center for student services. For inquiries about bank account details, contact the Tuition and Student Services Department via email: AMT-Fee-Department@univ.haifa.ac.il
